Our Process - What to Expect

Prompt. Informative. Attentive. Versatile. We are here to listen to your goals and help you decide on the best solution for you home – today and tomorrow. Our process is built around this focus.

Appointment set on first call
We employ a full-time sales coordinator so you can speak with an actual person when you call and set an appointment right away, without waiting for a call back.

On-site consultation and proposal
You can expect your Versatile representative to arrive on-time and prepared to answer your questions and give you a detailed packet and proposal based on your needs. All sales vehicles are equipped with fully stocked mobile offices. (Complex remodel projects may require additional time for estimating).
                             
Contact from production supervisor or manager
Once you’ve authorized the work, our production supervisor or production manager will call you to set up a project timeline and provide you with the all necessary information regarding your project. At least one of the following people – production manager, production supervisor or foreman – will be in daily contact with you during the project.

Daily clean-up
Sure, we do a very thorough clean-up when the job is done, but you shouldn’t have to wait until then to feel at home. We don’t leave without making sure your property is as clean and orderly as possible – every day!

Project Progress
During your project, we work hard every day until the work is completed according to predetermined deadlines. We pride ourselves on the level of communication we maintain with our clients.

Quality Control Inspection
After your project is complete, our Quality Control Supervisor does a final walk-through on the project to make sure it is up to Versatile’s strict standards.  He then documents any punchlist items and follows through with the foreman and crew until they are completed.

Post-job walk-through
Upon completion of any punchlist items, your Versatile sales representative will come to your home to explain all work that has been done and to make sure we have met or exceeded your expectation.

One-year follow-up inspection
It is part of our standard process to visit you approximately 12 months after we complete your project to make sure everything is performing the way it should. For roofing projects for example, that includes our comprehensive 21-point inspection.
