How long you’ve been in the industry: I’ve been part of the Versatile Home Improvement family since 2006 but my career in customer service started back in 1998.

Favorite part about your job: Getting the chance to speak with each of our customers and spend a little bit of time, whether by phone or in person, giving them part of our Versatile service and professionalism.

Favorite movie: This is an always changing category as so many movies have so many great lines. I’m a fan of the “one liners”. But if I had to decide I’d go with Elf and/or The Usual Suspects.

Hobbies: Rock climbing, hiking, cycling, dancing, kayaking, horseback riding, snowboarding, camping and anything else that’s active, outdoors &/or extreme. Oh and the always entertaining….Guitar Hero.

Family: I was an only child but I come from a large family.

Pets: I have a small lap dog that believes he was put on this planet with the sole purpose of my defender.

Music: John Mayer, Alicia Keys, Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, Joe Satriani, Dave Matthews, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Etta James, Bobby Darin, Norah Jones, Ingrid Michaels. Just to name a few.

Best Vacation: Las Vegas

Dream Vacation: I’d love to visit a unique, isolated tropical island with white beaches, drinks with umbrellas in them with great company.
