| Project Description: | Mosaic Homes is converting the apartment complex ‘Totem Creek.” into high-end Condominiums, ‘Tanager’. Versatile Roofing, Inc. was contracted to reroof the entire complex including the clubhouse and carports. This job was trickier and more time consuming than most because we had to change the roof lines on each building to make them more aesthetically pleasing. We removed the existing one layer of 3-tab composition and installed a new roofing system after the roof line changes were made. Installation was done according to specifications laid out by the architect and contractor complete with new flashings, ice and water shield, ridge venting and an elevated ridge cap. |
