| Project Description: | The Scott’s hired Versatile Home Improvement to change the look and feel of their entrance and to add a little square footage to their home. We started by over framing their existing hip roof to create a gable roofline. We roofed the home with matching composite shingles and installed new skylights while we were up there. We then removed the front door and added a new entry door with adjacent glass windows along with a Post and Beam entry. We then converted their bay window to add more square footage and to tie into the existing architecture. We then replaced all the windows in the home with Milgard’s Ultra Series, Brownstone Fiberglass Windows and finished them inside with new liners. We also installed all the drywall work and finish work on the interior. The entrance and expansion turned out spectacular. One page does not due this project justice. |
