| Project Description: | The Shildgrens hired Versatile Home Improvement to replace their roof, siding and windows at the same time on their 41 year old home. They chose our company because of our reputation for quality and we had the perosnel to handle all of their projects in house. Versatile started by replacing their existing cedar shake roof with a new CertainTeed Landmark Premium Composite Roofing material along with new CrystaLite Skylights. We also replaced their new 5” K-style gutters and downspouts. We then replaced their cedar siding with new James Hardie Lap Siding and Shingles. This was a great time and very cost effective to replace the windows in conjunction with the Siding project. Versatile then installed new Milgard Vinyl Windows and Sliding doors throughout the house. What a difference it made! |
