Versatile Roofing installed a new Single Ply flat roofing membrane by IB Roof Systems along with a custom parapet cap metal. 
Three large Custom Structural Skylight Systems were also installed by our Company prior to the flat roof installation along with nine Acrylic Dome Skylights.

We removed the existing one layer of 3-tab composition and installed a new roofing system according to specifications laid out by the architect and contractor complete with new flashings, ice and water shield, ridge venting and an elevated ridge cap.

Versatile was hired to replace an existing Barrel Vault Skylight on the Brookside Office Park in Bellevue.   We first had to remove the existing skylight and field measure for exact specifications.  We then needed to build up the existing curb to accept the new skylight.

Versatile Home Improvement was contacted by Phillips Real Estate Services to replace all the rotting decks on the Fourth Avenue Village Condominiums. There are 96 decks to be replaced on the project and it is being completed in phases.

Lorrelle Hendricks, a Heritage Hills Board Member, contacted Versatile Home Improvement to change the look of the clubhouse.  We removed the fireplace and chimney system and restructured the roofline to include a clearstory.  The new look is amazing!

Tad Pearl contracted Versatile Roofing, Inc. to roof the Pearl Northwest Building in Seattle.  The project included custom cap flashings and several HVAC units that required special attention to detail.

Versatile Roofing, Inc. was contracted to reroof the entire complex including the clubhouse and carports.  This job was trickier and more time consuming than most because we had to change the roof lines on each building to make them more aesthetically pleasing.
