| Project Description: | Versatile Home Improvement was hired to fully remodel this 1962 home. We started by hiring Architects Page and Beard of Kirkland. They came up with an excellent design that gave the home a modern look with exceptional street appeal.
Versatile started by re-roofing, re-siding and installing new vinyl windows throughout the house. We also added a covered porch to the front they gave it some old school charm. The interior was reconfigured adding an additional bedroom and media room downstairs. The upstairs had hardwood floors installed throughout. The kitchen was reconfigured with granite and stainless steel appliances. It was opened up into the living room where a new gas and stone fireplace was installed as the centerpiece. The bathrooms were redone with granite countertops and tile floors and showers. Every room including the garage was finished. After building a new fence around the property, we hired a landscaper to finish the yard complete with a retaining wall, cobblestone pavers, bird baths, new grass and plants. |
