| Project Description: | Tad Pearl contracted Versatile Roofing, Inc. to roof the Pearl Northwest Building in Seattle. The project included custom cap flashings and several HVAC units that required special attention to detail. Versatile Roofing installed a new Single Ply flat roofing membrane by IB Roof Systems along with a custom parapet cap metal. Custom Skylights were also installed by our Company prior to the flat roof installation. |
