| Project Description: | The Papik’s hired us initially to re-roof their beautiful Laurel Hills home in Woodinville. This was a challenging job due to the pitch of the roof and the size of the skylights that needed to be replaced. Versatile Home Improvement removed the old existing cedar shakes for their home and re-sheeted the entire house with new ˝’ CDX plywood. Versatile then installed a Lifetime GAF Grand Canyon composite roof new CrystaLite Skylights and 6” flat fascia gutters and downspouts to their home. The project turned out spectacular and lead to 5 more jobs in the neighborhood. The Papik’s once again hired Versatile Home Improvement to replace their old wood windows and skywall. They chose Milgard’s Ultra Series Fiberglass Windows along with Woodclad Windows for the Kitchen. It was the perfect choice and created the clean and traditional look they desired. |
