| Project Description: | This was a great project. The Melvin’s home with “Our Team, Their Dream”, we truly changed the appearance and feel of their home.
Versatile started by rebuilding an existing roofline into a cove style roof with new rafters and plywood. We then re-roofed their home with a 7/8” Heavy Treated Versatile Cedar Tapersawn Shake. We added 2 fixed skylights and one manual opening skylight. Once the roof was completed, we removed the Siding from the home as well as the bay window and installed new fiber cement lap siding, cedar shingles and half round shingles in the gable. This was all complimented with a Patina Copper Bay Window. The results speak for themselves. |
