| Project Description: | Kenloch Board Members with help from CDC Management hired Versatile Roofing, Inc to reroof 64 Townhomes and replace 192 skylights.
We removed the existing one layer of 3-tab composition and installed a new roofing system recommended by Versatile Roofing complete with new flashings, ice and water shield, ridge venting and an elevated ridge cap. We also recommended replacing all of the skylights, which they did, although they had not all failed to save them money in the long run by taking advantage of volume discounts. They also upgraded their product to a 40-year laminate to ensure they never had to deal with their roofs again in their lifetime. Lastly, 14 flat roofs were re-roofed using a single ply membrane. |
