| Project Description: | Lorrelle Hendricks, a Heritage Hills Board Member, contacted Versatile Home Improvement to change the look of the clubhouse. We removed the fireplace and chimney system and restructured the roofline to include a clearstory. The new look is amazing! Once the roofline changes were made, we removed the remaining layer of cedar shake and installed a new CertainTeed Presidential TL in Autumn Blend. This roof has a lifetime warranty. |
