| Project Description: | Versatile Home Improvement was contacted by Phillips Real Estate Services to replace all the rotting decks on the Fourth Avenue Village Condominiums. There are 96 decks to be replaced on the project and it is being completed in phases. Versatile removed all the rotten ledgers and rim joists and replaced them with pressure treated lumber and then installed new Cedar Decking to the joists. We also installed all new flashings; wall-to-deck interfaces as well as new top cap coping material. We removed all rotten privacy walls and installed new exterior Cedar Shingles and interior T1-11 Siding. We worked with each Condominium owner trying to have a minimum impact on their lives. The project to date has been a great success and the HOA is extremely happy. |
